Powerfit features 12 unique workout formats

We have designed 12 unique formats to get you Powerfit: each format features a specific training focus to push anyone to their limits. Workouts within each format change regularly to stop your body from adapting, pushing your progress to the next level. These formats run over a rotating 2 week roster so you’ll be able to try them all!
