Personal Training Cancellation Policy

· If you cancel outside of 12hours; reschedule is free – once only, after one reschedule you MUST pay for the session missed.

· If you cancel inside 12hours; you must pay for the session missed OR at PT discretion.

· If your PT cancels outside of 12hours; reschedule is paid by the Member – once only Then after one reschedule the session is free for you.

· If your PT cancels inside of 12hours; reschedule is a free session for the you.

· No Refunds
