BODYATTACK® is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS™ Instructor will pump out energising tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYBALANCE™ is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYBALANCE an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of tai chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centred and happy.

This high-energy martial arts-inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. BODYPUMP® is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™: the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE® is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve balance, assist injury prevention, and become better at everything you do. All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.
LES MILLS DANCE™ is a high-energy workout that will reinvent the way you move and sweat! Each class has innovative dance movements that work cohesively with music inspired from a wide variety of dance genres. RPM® is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun and low impact. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your Instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
LES MILLS SPRINT® is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it's scientifically proven to return rapid results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.
A medium to high intensity boxing class that targets all fitness levels. Classes are aimed at increasing muscular strength, endurance, muscle tone, increasing cardio vascular fitness whilst providing stress relief. BOXING - When life gets tough, put on your boxing gloves!
Exclusive to The Lodge: Our own high intensity full body workout that utilises all your muscle groups in a way that is both challenging and FUN! This HIIT circuit-style class combines lots of different moves that can be tailored to all levels of fitness, with a focus on strength, speed and agility. 30 minutes and its all done - so get in there and get COMMANDO with one of our coaches!
Join our STEP SQUAD! All the benefits of a high intensity cardio workout, without the high impact! A beautiful fusion of step, cardio and HIIT - boost your mood and energy with this super fun workout! Targeting the heart, legs and core - build strength and flexibility as well as improving your balance, coordination, and agility. With options for all fitness levels – step up to your fitness goals!
Stretch & Flexibility classes include stretches for your whole body. An increase in mobility and range of movement is a bonus in this low impact class. With the use of bands and foam rollers - balance your workout routine with flexibility training for enhanced performance and reduced risk of injury.
Pilates focuses on improving balance, posture, flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements, breathing and technique. Tone muscles throughout your body and challenge your stability with this low impact, mind-body workout.
